Hello, I suspect that I'm having the linksys router problem described in another thread. Which has caused me to discover that during the network disconnect I am unable to close the game in any manner other than task manager's "end task" function. You need admin permissions to change the affinity.

This app changes your affinity in predefined ways on the fly:

It seems that they have addressed it. There is now a login with your pw instead of the Full API key.
