And yes, there is some kind of bug doing that to friends lists, although there is a way to add friends to it from other shards.

the kami because you're far more aggressive and inconsiderate and the Kami are trying very hard to retake their native OPs. In response to your question though, I've had the same problem when trying to play from my work computer. When it asks "Do you want more information?" just say no...the game should continue on. Although you may want to upgrade at some point
