Had the same issue
Fixed it by remake the shortcut - (not adding anything in the target)
And as Nightblade say just do the "Run as" and then putting the stuff in manually.. Seems to work for me this way also

This is what helped me. I had to remove an old workaround from the last Patcher limbo issue. Go check if this is something u have added to your comp aswell. Go to: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc There u should have a file called hosts , open it. Check for this line: 85.25.140.86 dl1.gfsrv.net IF u ...
