launching from the folder worked, thanks for the help

i started the game normal and when through the whole patcher process and downloaded a new patch, then i wont to relaunch after the patch was down and now it wont start and keeps saying: File"C:/WINDOWS/system32/client.cfg"not found what does this mean and how do i fix it? the game was working fine ...
