Can the compass's north be fixed? rather than the character's direction fixed north and the compass's north starts to turn clockwise?

hi I have been trying to upgrade the trial account to subscription but can't log in. Error is "The Ryzom website is currently down, as it is receiving too many requests. It will be back in a few moments - try to refresh this page from time to time." tried for 5 minutes but still can't login
