Some firewalls like ZoneAlarm will block things they do not recognise even when you disable them. It could also be an ISP issue. Some ISPs will run a transparent proxy/cache which will interfere with Ryzom. You might want to check with them if you know the problem does not lie with your system. yep ...

as i said, i have all ports opened in router and firewall, plus i closed firewall.
