I dinged 20 in crafting on a trial account last night, it expanded to the 21 tree but I got the message that skills in the free trial were capped at 20 and that I'd need to subscribe to go further.

Thanks for the advice and reassurance that harvesting gets less frustrating. I made a character on Cho last night and made sure I did the crafting #2 quest in one session and it completed with no problems this time.
