when i start the game all works fine until

My mouse pointer goes away
At the create charater screen the game crashes

I have downloaded the game and it seems to work fine until.

My mouse pointer goes away allthough i can still click on the areas in the screen.
When i go to create a chararter my the game crashes.

any help
