Well I use dodge and I'm high 90s in 2h melee. My dodge currently shows as 99/99 and parry is something like 56/56 - although what that means I aint entirely sure! :) 56 would be your CC level the default for Parry when you equip your 2hander your parry should go to 99 ( i guess your 2H melee level.
