My only guess would be that your "other" adapter might have been disabled/misconfigured somehow, if you bought your laptop with a "real" graphics card/chipset... As for the disabled/misconfigured chipset, that's imposible, this is a new laptop that hasn't had anyone touch it but me. No one...

yeah, i had that error, and that is why i have to have everything at the bottom low, but it's my understanding you can't change your graphics card?
