There is only one leader for each guild, but most guilds will have officers and high officers, both can invite (and possibly kick) players, high officers have access to the contents of the guild hall.

Totally want the old noisiness back. I kinda liked standing at the greenseeds camp listening to the kipee roar, sneezing my head off and getting eaten by the gingo and ragus! Was most awesome, after the mute sometimes was almost like there were no kipee there.
