Ryzom

I still haven't fixed this problem. I've deleted and redownloaded the game 3 times now and it still does the same thing. Any help would be very helpful.

Hi, I jus recently downloaded the freetrial and I've installed everything, updated, ect. When it comes up to "relaunch" the game after all that I get a runtime error. "Program: C rogram Files\Ryzom\client_ryzom_rd.exe." Thats all it sayes. How can I fix this?
