when im in Ryzom the game is very very VERY laggy , it takes 2 mins for me to move can someone help me make this not so laggy? ._. thanks

i start up the saga of ryzom and this message with a big red X says 'Can't create a window display (1024x768 32 bits) if someone has been experincing this problem please help me out ,thanks in adnvance!
