Are landmarks on the pc of the user or on the servers? I have a crippled old computer, bought a new one and reinstalled on the new one. Are you sure you tried this? This seems like the most likely solution. By the way, I wasn't aware that as a trial I could post in the technical help forum. Sorry if it's off-topic here. But yea, that was the first thing I tried before I came to the forums. I had alot of problems with other games ...

I had to reformatt my computer yesterday and just reinstalled Ryzom. After installing, I bring up the launcher, goto login and it gives me an error, everytime.
