I am having severe performance issues, even with the game on low graphics settings and EAX disabled... according to the minimum specs posted this should not be happening. It's stuttering a lot, it feels like super low FPS... I'd say around 15 from the looks of things. My system: AMD X2 dualcore 3800 ...
