hello im a lowlvl mage that has used fear to get to place #5 in the matis mage tables :-P its right every affliction hits 100% on players, but the upkeep times are normal this might be due to mobs adding affliction effects on hits and might be related to critcal hits special effects not being ...

ummm i kinda happen to know that these standings are quite outdated if youd be so nice to update them id be very grateful, i want to know whom im able to challenge
