Changing to a +3 would add 3% (rounded up from 2.5) to the chance to dodge which would then cap out at 43% vs. an equal level oponent. The mods need to be large to have any noticeable effect. You guys are missing the point that previously you could dodge 80-90% of attacks against an equal level creature, it was boosted that much by armor. Correct. 150 vs. 21 would be a significant chance to dodge. Armor however is still only contributing an insignificant portion of that.
