The same thing is happening to me after I decide not to wait the 30 secs to log out. Next time it try to log in (more then 30 seconds have gone by), I get "My Char is still logged in". I choose the option to boot that char and connect and I hang on the Accept. Rebooting several times after a repeat ...

I get the same error after patching.
