Hello, I am still sort of here. Have been travelling and working alot and thus havent had time to play much. I guess probably none of you will still remember who I am but still - I will one day soon be back in game - with my mighty hands casting those spells that drown out the sound of screaming ...

I played Ryzom for about a year and then have been taking a break for some months.

I think I shall be returning soon, but as the game has probably changed alot and I have forgotten alot - I hope I shall be as welcome now as I once was

I think it would be more interesting if there were supreme digging areas that were not PVP areas but were ringed with a PVP band going in a circle at a rough width all the way around. Then to get to the prime digging spot you'd have to make it through the band - a bit like the game British Bulldog ...

You can't really give a noob good weaponry - they haven't the stats to use them yet.

So you just get to give them pretty looking caster clothes, which I think is perfectly fine
